El evento, denominado <strong>\u00abBuenos Aires Celebra la Excelencia Gastron\u00f3mica\u00bb<\/strong>, reuni\u00f3 a chefs, empresarios del sector hotelero y autoridades para destacar el crecimiento de la capital argentina como uno de los principales destinos gastron\u00f3micos de Am\u00e9rica Latina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El jefe de Gobierno, <strong>Jorge Macri<\/strong>, afirm\u00f3 que la gastronom\u00eda y el turismo son motores clave del desarrollo econ\u00f3mico, ya que generan empleo, atraen inversiones y fortalecen la proyecci\u00f3n internacional de la Ciudad. En total, <strong>58 restaurantes porte\u00f1os<\/strong> fueron distinguidos por la prestigiosa gu\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Entre ellos, <strong>Aramburu<\/strong> renov\u00f3 sus <strong>dos estrellas Michelin<\/strong>, mientras que <strong>Don Julio, Trescha, Crizia y Han<\/strong> obtuvieron una estrella. Adem\u00e1s, once establecimientos recibieron la distinci\u00f3n <strong>Bib Gourmand<\/strong>, que reconoce la mejor relaci\u00f3n entre calidad y precio, y otros 42 restaurantes fueron recomendados por la gu\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las autoridades destacaron que estos reconocimientos consolidan a Buenos Aires como una de las grandes capitales gastron\u00f3micas del mundo y fortalecen su atractivo tur\u00edstico internacional. Actualmente, Buenos Aires y Mendoza son las \u00fanicas ciudades argentinas incluidas en la Gu\u00eda Michelin, junto con San Pablo y R\u00edo de Janeiro en Brasil, posicionando a la regi\u00f3n como
